Had lunch today at The Cobbles in Kelso. Very good food and highly recommended if you want more than a cup of tea and a tea cake. Will be going again in June, table already booked.

Naw, that wis Buster Gonad and his unfeasible large testicles. LOL

VIZ was one of my favourites when I was an apprentice. Only thing that kept us sane, confined to barracks for months at a time.

Hi soof. Good news for me (but maybe not for you guys :hororr I will be at the unmentioned hotel from the 20th 'till the 24th June. We (a group of friends and I) do this trip each year and as luck would have it, the group picked that week for this years foray into Scotland, without any influence from me in the matter. I look forward to putting faces to names in the bar on the evening of the 22nd and again on the morning of the 23rd before you all set off on your merry way. I will be staying with my group of friends and will be doing our own thing. Sorry but I'll not be on the RR for this trip but on my trusty Yam FZ 1, a bike more suited to carrying all my luggage and also to care for my ageing bits....:upset:
