Data logger

Does the data logger itself store data or is it solely the USB stick?

Reason I ask is I haven?t set up the memory stick which I?ve just found out you have to do via the software on the website, I didn?t have a laptop anyway (just purchased one) but I?m wondering if I attach the laptop directly to the data logger without using the stick will I be able to see any data from the two track days that I did?

You need to use the USB stick as the datalogger records directly to it.

Yeah found that out after setting it up earlier, my fault for being a bit slow with getting a laptop. That?s it good to go now, pity I can?t look back over the last two track days but going forward it?ll be great to study it. I might be out again at the start of October but if not it?ll be next season now.
