Just noticed Carsington is about 25 miles south of Peak District, so no worries if that?s too far out for you boys up north, I?ll meet wherever.

sound bad marc. Ice is much better btw. Heat will increase the swelling and inflammation.

I'm afraid I'm sort of feeling the same. I'd be covering 500 miles for this ride, which is a long way on a sportsbike, to meet only 3 other people.

Idk what RM is. Do you mean the McDs on the A61 outside Chesterfield? 1130 sounds doable.
