Yeah they’re £50 more than Tracksense. Can’t really compare Pacedayz to No Limits, they’re night and day when it comes to their events

Never been with NoLimits on their events in EU. They are quite alright in the UK tho.

What's so bad about them ?

Pacedayz have lower numbers but everyone is generally quick -> racer level

I wouldn’t say that mate. I’ve been with them twice now to Alcarras and the first time I went yes, everyone was pretty quick but I’ve just done Alcarras last week with them and there were quite a few novices.

Fair enough but they seem more ideal for those at a higher level to the avg trackdayer.

Everyone has opinions when it comes to TDOs but I’ve had issues with NL on nearly every Euro event I’ve been on with them.

They just moved the dates on our Portimao trip last week for April and yes they refunded me and were excellent in how they dealt with it but for me, there’s just always issues with them.
They aren’t flexible when it comes to drop offs/pick up dates and times which is a pain at times when like me you work away and can’t always make their dates.

they actually have dedicated instructers for novice riders so are very well aimed for novices (and they do get uset when you tell them they are racer focused),yes there are a lot of quicker rider there also, but no more than NL tbh ,they do have higher profile riders instructing and taking part generally though, lower numbers looks more attractive to guys that want to test,in fact i was higher up the lap time list with a p/days event than i was with a NL event.:)

you cant really blame them for tht though, the logistics involved in getting 3 or 4 trucks loaded and sent away on time is pretty huge, only real way you'd get a it of lea way is with shaun,is that not who you use?

The issue with NL is they don’t use their own transport or have a depot where they can hold bikes.
Hathaways are useless who does their transport.

At least Pacedayz and the likes of FE will allow you drop your bike off early or pick it up later

surely coming from scotland you use shaun preston? drop off at bedale?

and last time i used p/days,it was this is drop time, this is pick up time, dont be late for either....

just count yourself lucky you hadn't booked any trips with Circuit moto,it could be worse!!! :)

I'm dropping off the bike 2 days earlier than their usual for Sepang. I agree that having to call another company to arrange all that vs. doing everything via a single provider is a hassle, but I can confirm that it's possible.

Used Shaun once and had to do the Hathaways depot at Manchester twice.
Most of the time I don’t need bike transport now thankfully

Fair play re:pacedayz I'd shy'd away thinking I'd mainly be a road block.
Would love to spend some time with Michael Laverty for sure.
And get Hicky to take a decent vid for me lol

That does indeed sound attractive.

never used laverty for tuition, followed him a bit on track mind (think monners has) but heard very good things about his tuition on the day,not sure if he does full 1-2-1 days out there or not but would be good to have him for a day, think he's the kind of guy you could talk bikes to all day long

Agree, dates are sometimes awkward regarding pick/drop offs, something we have to run with I guess. Living by the channel tunnel i'm fooked wherever they are . I've mainly used focus because the dates usually line up with me and £'s per track mile/time works out cheaper. Yes I know of the **** they get but Ive never had a problem
