Chinese headers

Hi all, just took the plunge on some aliexpress headers for my K67, thought I'd give em a try, they came with a roll of what looks like headers tape, has anyone got ant chinese pipes and used the tape? Is it needed?

Yes I have Aliexpress pipes. No tape supplied or used.

Not needed at all. Perfect fit. I had to sell my Akra full system to pay the divorce lawyer. Perfect fit like the Akra. Weird nugget of info. If you ever have a loose fit silencer or pipe, PTFE tape is the recommended solution. Not affected by heat at all even after years of use. J

Did you fit all four lambda sensors? As the pipe I received has large bore holes for the rear ones, obviously the sensors don't fit, not sure if you can get a reducer, or are those sensors just fot the cat?

Yes.
Mine came with adaptors.

You can get adaptors off eBay. Even titanium ones if you want them to turn blue.

Just ordered some off amazon, need em quick as the bikes in bits, the bloody springs are a nightmare to get on

Yep bought a pair of springs pullers a decade and more ago off Amazon. One in the trackday box and another for the garage. Still going strong. In another thread I said I found a few of the springs a bit short but you can get various lengths of swivel springs off eBay. J
