Windscreen grommets ?

Could someone kindly point me in the right direction for this part please. I?m calling it grommet but possibly not the correct name. I have the screws but require the rubber parts that hold the windscreen in place. Searched online but can?t seem to find these

They are the small ones for torx-20 bolts.
