I would get a large pry bar in there or something like a scaffold tube(or similar) and just ease it out gently i think that would come out quite easy.

Does not need to be perfect you want even see it once new can fitted.
 
If you have personal possessions cover on your home insurance you should be able to claim on that.
 
Replacement back end part arrived so got that swapped over .

First track day of the year and thrown my bike down the road :( I will say I?m amazed by the frame sliders took nearly all the damage to the bike.
