This wee charger is cracking.. my MM shows 2 decimal places..and mirrors the output of the charger nicely. Switched it to bike and immediately dropped to 1.5 amps... great purchase.

Haha, going to drop the headers to stick on that sump, thats new gaskets for them...**** ring gaskets haha.
I painted my garage, looks decent, but couldn't be arsed doing the ceiling, too much fecking about happing everything up, I hate painting with a passion. Might of ran into a snag with this Rad.. look at the angle of that bottom connector compared to the original, a dry fit didn't look great.
Anyhow I'll get past that bit when I build it back up.
Like the rats nest that sits in the LHS upper fairing, nice eh !

I know..8 quid from China [emoji849].. like something out of a Mack Sennet movie putting it up, as I pulled off the backing paper the White Emulsion started coming away in places along with some of the Decal, so got some adhesive out and slipped it behind the decal and the removed paint, of course that started reacting and crinkling up the decal I'm like ffs.. couple of big creases in it but what the hell it looks OK...from 10 feet.? I swear if I'd thumped the wall with my hand the whole sheet of paint would have slid off.

Handed Rad in to Stevie at Star Rads in Ibrox... he's confidant he can cut a notch out of the bottom connector and square it up for me ! So quietly hopeful.. ..... just think I could have thrown rocks at RFCs windows as his place is next door to Mordor... being the CELTIC man I am....double whammy ! Sauron Gerard haha..

Rads ready to fit, looks cracking.. my weekend work ahead.
Picked up an unused oil cooler (Round item believe it or not). Was unsure about using any sealant on the Sump/Gasket no mention in Haynes nor ZX workshop manual so dry fit it was. New oil pressure switch fitted, new oil screen too was waiting on a delivery from Cradely as this should have been finished midweek. Thought I'd left a really short 7 mil spanner in the guts of it and went into a blind panic, eventually found the wee bugger hiding under a rag..had visions of taking the sump off again, now you know why they count the swabs and equipment !..
