Guys need some advise I fitted Pazzo levers a couple of months ago and damaged the micro switches which resulted in no shifter or cruise control.I took it to the dealer admitted my mistake and they fitted new switches.Everything has been fine since until yesterday when I went for a spin, clutchless up shift and down was fine until I got near home and all of a sudden I couldn't change gear unless I used the clutch.Ive looked at the switches when pulling the clutch in and it seems fine not sure what it should look like with the clutch out should it be making contact with both switches or not.Any advise welcome it doesn't stop me riding it because I will have to get used to using the clutch again for a while.Jesus reading that back how quickly do we get used to all this technology I'm moaning because I have to ride a bike with a clutch.

Try resetting it by going from 1st to 6th and back down to 1st using the clutch . That's how bmw reset mine before

one of the switches should make contact when the lever is open (untouched) and the other switch should contact when the clutch is completely engaged (or disengaged depending on how you think of the clutch) pulled back to the bar

Is there much free play in the cable? on the screw adjuster

Check that the metal bar that closes the switch isn't bent or catching. One can get caught on the bit that is attached to the bottom of the lever and this stops it closing properly.

Micro Switches

If they are in the correct position you will hear two audible clicks when you engage and disengage the clutch lever.

Check if the connector of the switches is well plugged. Its undeneath the lever on the opposite side of the metal bars.

I had my rear blinker not working and it was the connector, it looked like it was properly plugged in but the disk lock (I carry it under the rear seat) seemed to just move it a bit and cause the issue.
