I'll treat myself to a 250 one day. My first bike was an RS125 in exactly the same colours (1996), jeez that was fun.

I got a cagiva mito instead of the rs125, tuned it to 39bhp it was rapid! 250 is riding in the purest form that Iv experienced, be sad to see it go but selling one rare bike for another isn't so bad

AM ALSO A BIG TWO STROKE FAN.. CURRENTLY HAVE A project HONDA MB-5 close to all nos parts fitted to a tune of 2500 taken over four years to build and source big love as was my first ped onmy 16th d bay.
also a rd125lc project, also own a two owner suzuki x1 50 ,have had rd80lc sold for several grand sadly to pay the taxman :'( pvs rd500 rg and a lc race bike along with the licence but never went any further more expensive now adays so fooked it off broke lc up and made nice profit.
LOVE me two stroke and that tl.. 8)

Had a string of ZX9's in a row, then a serious accident left me bed/house bound for 12 months, afterwards I couldn't bend my leg so had to get VN900 until more surgery and reconstructive work had been done.

Nice and clean example of a Rep blade gmbh.
Never owned a Blade, always had a love/hate relationship with them. Love the way they ride, handle, attention to detail, overall build quality, etc etc. Then they mess it all up with a nose fairing that looks like it's taken a hit with a snow shovel and been squashed

08 Fireblade for me. I loved that bike but the battery died twice on me. My fault, I put a pair of projector HIDs on it and the battery couldn't take it. OK when running but when I switched off the lights stayed on for 30 secs. They take a lot out of the battery when the bike isn't running.

Had my first foreign bike trip on the Blade. South of France, Route Napoleon, N202, N85, lovely.
Had my second foreign bike trip on the Blade as well. South of France again. Caught speeding, fined 90Euros. Not lovely.
Had my third foreign bike trip on the Blade as well. Normandy. Got wet.
