Thanks for all the advice so appears not many fans of Michelin 2CT on here, so it looks like the below seem to get the thumbs up from a lot of people is this the tyre you had fitted Bladeboy?

and are these the Bridgestones mentioned

Thanks all i am assuming all will be an improvement over the BT016's as assume they are quite an old tyre now?

Bridgestone

The Bridgestone BT-016 was superseded by the S20 a while ago. The S20 is an excellent road tyre and is very good in both dry and wet conditions. The new RS10s are a more track focused alternative and are the equivalent of the Pirelli Supercorsa SP.

Thanks for the advice i will take a look at both the tyres you mentioned, i thought the BT-016 must be an old tyre as negative reviews.

Thanks again.

i've been quite impressed with the racetech K3's fitted as standard on my 2015. Am very smooth on the road as I commute on it as well. Used them at Brands on Monday. Now covered 4500 and there is about 1.6 tread in centre. Not sure if I should stick with them or try something else. Loved Sportsmarts on my Gsxr750.
As always tyres are a personal thing and one persons crap is another persons gold

My zzr came with s20's 1000mls it was finished (I know it's a heavier bike)

Pirelli Supercorsa SP

They are only fitted as standard on the 2015 S1000RR if you opted for the HP Forged Wheels.

Supercorsa comes as standard on the HP 4 wheels as very few 200 width tyres available

I use Michelin Pilot powers on my bike and find them great, good grip and they last OK too
