It doesn't connect to the handle with the lance removed nor the lance end itself...

Talking of dilution. I use ultimate snow foam on my cars and I use it neat 100% with a karcher snow foam attachment. Leave it on for a few minutes, rinse. Still have to wash the cars with shampoo and mitt afterwards, what am i doing wrong?
