Short Akra can ?

BMW recently sent me a Akra can for my 2013 bike and it seems to fit very close to the swingarm, there's less than 10mm clearance, is that normal ?

Thanks, wondered if exhaust heat would damage the black finish on the swingarm.

Ran mine with the Akrapovic can & little clearance for well over 18 months with no issues, 160+mph a good few times as well so it got plenty hot.
