Resetting Service Due Warning

What’s the cheapest tool for this as I will be doing all my own servicing. I read somewhere that disconnecting the battery resets it, is this true? I have an OBD reader for the car so may only need an adapter for the bike port.

I think you need a GS911 to reset service warning. A dealer or independent garage may do it or a fee.

yep, theres no easy cheap option from what ive seen. you could ask to borrow someones GS911 but it will use one of its lives unless its a dealers.

Leave battery off over night and don't set the time and service light will remain off
