Removing side panels

Got nice carbon fibre panels to fit so hour or so job. What a pain to get these panels off. Broke one of the fiddly little plastic bits then could I get the speed fixings to come off no chance. So got new ones supplied with panels. Cut the old ones off only to find there were two fixings in the first packet and none in the other one. Up to the local car parts shop every bloody size but what I wanted. Will wait till next weekend for a ride.
