Does anyone know how much a typical riders gear weighs..I never got that far either..

Westy, suggest you just get used to it for now and don't worry about the sag, unless you really know your stuff re suspension I suggest you take it to a specialist who can set it up for you

I assume 5...to make me feel better. But it's likely to be closer to 10.

Step 1: Strip naked
Step 2: Stand on bathroom scales
Step 3: Write down weight (Value A)
Step 4: Put on all your biking gear
Step 5: Stand on bathroom scales
Step 6: Write down weight (Value B)
Step 7: Subtract Value A from B
Step 8: Write down answer, this is the weight of your gear.

WARNING - Do not eat a Kebab or go for a dump between steps 2 and 6, this will invalidate the results and will probably get you arrested for being naked in the Kebab shop. I tried explaining Static sag to the judge but he wouldn't listen......

Managed 1,200 miles in just under two weeks. Need to calm down!

Very impressed and no regrets with purchase except it's probably going to need another tyre soon!
