Difference between Diablo Supercorsa SP V2 and Diablo Supercorsa SC2 V2 (Medium)

I am not sure what the difference is between these two tyres?

I believe the one fitted on my bike to be the medium (does this mean it's harder wearing for road use?)

Can anyone shed some light please?
