Hi noxx, I?m new here and seen your post on the front suspension issue, my msport is 2500km old and I?ve identified this issue from the start. I?m in galway dealing with cork and was told no performance issue, to fix put in pro mode and set front suspension to 14, like what the **** is this for a solution.
I?ve since (yesterday) formally requested a warranty claim and I wait to hear back.
My question is we?re you dealing with Dublin or cork and what should I expect from the process.
Also how many km have you up and is there anything else I should be looking out for, my build date says Feb 2020 so I?d expect all the known relaxes to be done already.

Just read all the problems you had with your bike I’m glad I didn’t get the first batch now. How the new bike still wait on mine 13 months later but it’s at the dealer getting it delivered in 3weeks on new reg. Last time we spoke you was just about to go away on your trip why haven’t you uploaded anything on YouTube?
