Convert Standard bike to a HP4??????

Question, could you convert a standard 2012 sport model to a HP4? On ebay at present are HP4 forks and shock, could you buy these plus the loom, DDC module and the potentiometer for the swing arm. Would it work?

Highly unlikely without the ecu,clocks,ignition switch,and switchgear as you would have no manual adjustment of ddc etc
I'm only guessing but sounds a proverbial pain in the arse to me!
Spend your money on Ohlins etc.
