They'll be the same plastic panels and steel work that those of us with gen 3's have already then?! I didn't buy my S thou for its looks, I agree some bits could be better and I also agree the '17 colours aren't anything special. However, if you've seen some of the welding on the current R1 you'd be pleased with what BMW have done.. I may keep my gen 3 for a while yet as its just so good but I'd, wait to see if there's a more significant update for 2018.
