Another new person........

Hi all,

Bought a S1000rr yesterday, using the excuse that it was my birthday and that it was really an act of kindness - I gave my wife my much loved Honda 600rr

I didn't like the BMW when it first came out and always imagined buying a blade for my first big bike........but it really has grown on me and am very happy with it so far...

At present it is totally standard, but am keen to start looking around for good ideas on the forum

I am based in the East Midlands and will certainly be looking to get out plenty next year........when I get properly used to the additional 80 odd bhp!!

Welcome , take it easy til you get used to the extra oomph , and from a 600 that will be a lot of extra oomph . Enjoy your new toy
