Yeah, it?s know it needs a clean... normally gets a jet was every week, however the jet wash on the way home has had 2-3 cars waiting when I got the and could not be arsed to wait... definitely should get a commuter bike, but that would be boring

Agreed, I had to double take the image..
Looked as though the centre area was all blocked.. at least Amits using his bike, mine hasn't turned a wheel since end of September...

Been told the the epoxy metal putty should sort that out... may give it a go?

Not heard of them. Clearly not doing a good enough job.
 
I'd get a proper fix on that mate.....a skilled rad specialist could easily braze/solder the holed part, might mean cutting out a few of the vanes round the area, but the rad guard will hide that.....

I used to get car rads done in Glasgow, recored in jig time while I waited... the guys were **** hot at it.....your bound to have an outlet down your way... hassle taking rad off mind you..

Thanks for all the feedback... I have found a place in Guildford that can turn it around within a couple of hours.... if booked in advance, however, it goes beyond my mechanical experience in removing the rad and bolting it back on.
Is there anyone free that can assist please? happy to work around people's time.
