Thanks Mac, yes walking like I've **** myself and so tired I put this on the wrong thread.
Was meant to go on the "whose still riding just now" thread.
Just had the pleasure of walking down the stairs, my thighs are like jelly so I'll be bum sliding down the next time.

Thanks Beavis yes that was me looking slightly confused with tyre warmers in hand and an old one piece suit as I shredded my other one...
Just back from a 5k walk with the dogs which wasn't the best idea I've ever had.
Fell asleep straight after!

Thanks Marzy. Yes I'm soooo glad I didn't have to change down with the clutch as my forearms are sore just holding the bars! Autoblipper is great and could concentrate on the track without having to time everything and sync it all together. Brake,click, squirt!
