Small update on the S1000RR for 2015 on VisorDown

I have just been speaking to the guy at my local Motorrad dealer who said the only thing confirmed on the 2015 S1KRR is the DDC off the HP4, he knows nothing else at the moment but he said don't expect bike changed, i.e chasis, engine ect, just tweeks like the 2010 to the 12 model....

DDC and a tweaked / smoother gearbox and I'll be a happy bunny... if they do indeed add a nicer can than that would be awesome!

completely the opposite from my dealer regarding the bike (not the ddc, that's a cert and has been since the s1r). So guess it's the waiting game. I suppose if the changes are significant then current owners are looking at a big drop in residuals and would be chopping their bikes in now, so it could be that bmw are keeping it very hush until the official launch to keep prices and trade up for now. They've done it before on other bikes with significant model changes so I'd not rule it out just yet. Interesting speculation all the same.
