fitted hp4 rearsets and now shift assist doesn't work, clutch switch has been tested and works, any ideas if it has a fuse that may have gone? Or if it can be reset? Or any ideas to get it working again? Thanks in advance

I had the same problem on my 2015 RR.... went to the dealer 3 times. Clutch lever, and the whole shifter replaced and still happened. In the end, it was a frayed wire.

I'll check all the wiring, gonna try recalibration first

I had this happen yesterday so turned bike off then on again and it started up again but I've lost cruise control now... [emoji848] booked in Wednesday to see what's up.

Clutch micro switches.

I fitted replacement levers to mine and everything was fine for about 750 miles, then I had the same. Took the switches off and made a tiny adjustment to the profile of the switch striker arm to smooth the passage of the clutch arm extension onto the switch - all spot on now.

Yeah I replaced my levers as soon as I got the bike home. Had no problems until now 2k later. But sounds like you've hit the nail on the head. I'll give it a go tomorrow cheers Durham

I suspect what's happened is as the little plastic bit on the lever has settled/worn/been used its ended up striking the end of the striker arm rather than riding smoothly onto it. I put a tiny inward bend into the outermost .5mm of the arm so it presents a smooth ramp for the plastic bit, rather than a sharp end. Also added a dab of ceramic grease for good measure! Seems ok about 1500mi later.
