Any one using a LITELOK X3 moto, U lock? Does it fit the bike well to secure more than just the wheel?
Travelling in September and considering what locks or chains to take that are practical to carry.

I was looking at the same thing but more the hiploc dx1000 as that seemed to be more angle grind proof. Also roadloc as well.

I've got one and just put it through the front wheel/disc.. no issues with that, suppose it depends what you want.. hiplok has just brought out the DX1000 and that's bigger and supposedly more secure if you needed more room?

The thing that I don't like is the fact that the litelok wasn't in the option list when doing my insurance nor was my pragmasis chain.. it's all geared more to Oxford security kit. The X3 is a nice bit of kit though 👍🏻

Yeah for me when I was doing the research it was between the x3 and the d1000. The dx1000 meant to be that little bit larger and more angle grind proof. That with the roadloc to supplement it! The more the merrier!

Litelok X3 Moto weighs less and costs less than the Hiplock DX1000 - TBH these are all to discourage attack not prevent it. So I'd probably go with the Litelok of the 2. If people are determined then most things are defeatable...
