I've fitted the sheps race fairings (well, the tail and tank cover at present). Really happy with it, however the tank cover has two vents to the front, which will obliviously let water into the electronics. Is this normal - Do other fairings have this? Is it just a case of taping this up in inclement weather?

Mine are open, I guess you could fit a mesh and fibreglass that in.
Or, as you say duck tape them...

Not sure up there you're going to get a huge amount of ingress as it's behind the screen.

Thanks Alex - I'll leave alone. If it rains in Jerez, then I'm not riding anyway. Will tape up when washing the thing!
