Recomendations for de-cat fitter

Got a 2013 S1000RR just recently. If I buy a decat pipe, any recommendations for a fitter in Crawley area - someone that can do the whole lot - cut the downpipes etc.

Is there an exhaust flappy valve thing that needs pinning open (like I had done on my gixxer thou K8)?

Is a remap essential or just desirable once done.
