I've looked at the rear wheel for 20 minutes now and a few videos on removal. I have the above adjusters fitted so before I go loosening these off and moving them, I'm just checking I actually have to.
Im thinking that the adjusters just make it easier to line everything up afterwards? Or does everything stay in place to take the rear wheel off?
Bike is in play room (which was my garage) and kids are bemused.

Hi Loupe,

You have no need to touch the adjusters if your chain tension and alignment are okay. Just slacken spindle nut and pull out the shaft, roll wheel forward removing chain from sprocket and slide caliper rearwards and remove to the side.
