Do you mean personal insurance, like if your'e injured and need to be repatriated, if yes, then I use Four Counties/PJ Hayman.
If you mean to cover the bike against damage, then I don't have a recommendation.

Trackday/Race Insurance
MCE Insurance only cover you for trackdays in the UK and you must have a fully comprehensive policy with them. The excess is 50% of your motorcycle value or ?1,000 minimum. They do not cover European trackdays. For those you will need an insurance policy from the likes of Four Counties. However, most will only cover you for medical expenses and repatriation; and not for costs attributed to repairing, or replacing, your motorcycle. As for race insurance you will need to speak to the series organiser (MSV, BMCRC) as to the specific requirements as they differ between race series.
