A quick shout out for Pidcock BMW in Long Eaton, after experiencing some disappointing service from another BMW dealer in the East Mids I swapped to them earlier this year, firstly an excellent, efficient service on my S1K on a Saturday afternoon and then this month a no hassle warranty claim sorted by them on my GSA for a complete new rear shock and ESA gubbins as the spring had started to rust, picked up and redelivered to my door beautifully cleaned for ?30.

Good shout MacRR, its easy to spread a bad word when service is poor. Great to here about someone getting a super service, thumbs up to Pidcock.

Pidcock are my BMW dealers too and i've got nothing bad to say about them... from Ben the sales guy to the chaps and chapesses on the service team, even the guy that cleans the bikes.. all top folks in my view.

Pidcocks are my local dealer, they have been very good to be over the many years that I've used them. They always looked after me with bikes and kit too.

As as for the bm, they sorted out switch gear when that failed. And then at the last service they sorted the sump out foc. Would highly recommend them.
