OEM Brake Lines

Does anyone know what the construction of the OEM lines is?

Obvious second question; the HEL kit for ABS equipped RR's. Is it worth putting on?

I think the standard lines are braided mate so not sure if it worth the money or hassle if no gains to be had, unless you wanted to rout? the system different ie a double banjo from mc and seperate lines i can see any reason to swap them.
