New Throttle grip required -

I have heated grips on MY16 and need to replace both grips. I know to replace them is a delicate process but what do you advise / reccomend as a replacement?

it's very hard to remove the grip as it's bonded (throttle side) to the tube, i just used a razor blade to trim down the grip, being carfull not to cut into the throttle tube, then sanded to get as smooth as poss before fitting renthal grips. are you hoping to retain the heated grips?

Thanks Scooby, yes, ideally want to keep them, but also thinking of converting to a dedicated track bike.

I found it impossible to keep the heating element when I put Renthal grips on. Just resided to buying new heated grip when it goes back to normal.

The HP4-Race throttle is the standard item without heating element. I got one of them so I didn't butcher the oem.

However if your oem is knackered its moot.
