New s1000rr owner

Hi folks,
Hope everybody is well.
Glad to be joining the s1000rr community.
Been riding for around 5 years. 1st bike was a 1999 gsf 600 bandit, then progressed onto a k6 gsxr 750. Enjoyed both bikes very much but the bmw is a different animal. Love the extra power over the 750 but still just as nimble.
I am in south west Scotland, (Dumfries) Looking forward to hearing from other members. Any nearby would be great to get out a good run.

Hi Russell, welcome to the site. There are loads of Scottish members on here, most of whom hug the west coast because of all the great roads you have over there.
Hope you are enjoying the good weather and are having a blast. If you ever see a wee fat boy on a red HP4 say hello, it could be me.
