I've started something here lol. I confess to having had two preludes. The first was the twin carb pop up headlight one which I thought was really cool. The sunroof leaked so I siliconed it shut ;). The second was the four wheel steer one they made with the 2.2 vtec engine, went like a rocket but was a bit fugly. I always wanted one of the shark nose ones with the digital speedo but it was never to be :(.

Good car that 4WS Honda Soof. Remember them well they were just a family saloon tho.. very well made car.. they never broke thats for sure

I had a 4th Generation 2.2Vtec with 4 wheel Steer, it was quite old when I bought it so didn't pay much for it, but it was a lovely car
only problem I had was an ABS sensor broke the day i picked it up, but got a second hand one for ?40 and no more probs over the 3 years I kept it

Suzuki US have just announced the prices for the new GSXR1000, with the R model coming in at exactly the same price as the new base model Fireblade, with the basic spec GSXR1000 coming in $2500 less. If those price points translate directly to the UK market it looks like the S1K sport will remain the bike to beat.

I think he will be a good return to road racing as he is liked by the public, the question will be will he get the results.

He would have won on a honda the year he rode the wilson craig faire blade up until it crashed in a ball of flames.

I think he will get frustrated with the new bike as I can't see them letting him work on the bike as he usually does, and as he has said in the past he likes to know its built the way he wants it to push 100%.

As much as I like Guy he will not win a TT now while ever Hutchy is around and especially riding the Beemer.

I remeber a guy saying exactly the same thing to me just before the 2015 Senior, if the race hadn't been red flagged he might have been right. McGuiness surprised a huge amount of folk by waking up in the delay between races and taking his Honda onto the top step.

You are right though Budgie, Hutchy and Micky Dunlop seem to be on a different level with their BMW's but l hope to see John equal Joeys record and Guy to get a victory one day.

Fingers crossed for all the riders, coming home from road racing days is a victory regardless if you have a replica with you or not. Watching these guys at full chat makes my blood run cold, but I love it.

+1 Jimmy, I'd love to see Guy win one but I just can't see it

MCN and others (who hopefully will offer a less sensationalist view) testing the new blades this weekend. Surprised Guy Martin risking it at the TT again, I agree hard to see anyone beating Hutchy especially as MD currently doesn't have an S1000 ride at the moment.

There been another video released with Guy regarding the Honda deal, apparently he's going to take it serious as he is being paid to ride, from what he was saying all other years bar one for TAZ he has not been paid so its been more of a hobby.

If he's been putting his life at that risk for no money then credit to him.

Blimey it is small, Adam Child's about 5'5" and he looks big on that, sounds like the std bike is lacking in wooah! as he puts it v's the S1K, interesting to see what he (and Alan Dowds on Bikesport) make of things after they're done testing..

My RR9 was a small bike, my mates got one now and it feels so small compared to my HP...I hadn't sat on one since I sold mine to buy my 10R.....fantastic bike though...

MCN are doing a full sportbike test in a few weeks, Blade, BM, ZX10R, R1 & Panigale be interesting to see the results, Adam Child did say in one of todays videos i seen that the blade is good but not sure if its good enough to win the shootout

Ah the annual MCN superbike test, always makes me laugh as the latest bike on the market which goes 0.001 of a second faster around almertimao always wins the test even if it isn't really the best bike. I seem to remember the latest R1 winning everything at launch (it is a fab bike to be fair) then not winning by the end of the season after everyone had got sick of the rock hard seat and dodgy low speed throttle response...

well imo he dosnt sound convinced its up there with all the others. I think they dropped a ball with the power figures.
