New bike

Evening all,

So I've purchased a 2010 s1000rr, and I've been reading up and it seems a lot can be done with the ECU on this bike, maps, pit lane limiter etc.

I'm after some advise on how to make this bike even better, from what I can tell, apart from the akrapovic exhaust she is standard.

I've tried using my vin to see what she left the factory with but had no luck.

Cheers mate, so apart from the quick shift she's a base model!

Anything I can do to get more from her ?

Is the best route still PC and a custom map or have times changed?

Yeah I'm surprised it isnt a race package or it might be I'm not too sure you'll have to check with more experienced members.
Obviously for more power it's full exhaust and a custom map with that on a PCV
