if you do decide to upgrade any parts,let me know,got quite a lot of r1 parts to sell,from FGR forks to sprockets,m/holder subframes,thumb brakes.actually a ridiculous amount of things!!

Never been a fan of the R1, any gen, doesn?t make them bad bikes of course, I just personally don?t like them.

R1 is deffo a number 1 motorbike in paddock at club races and trackdays.

I wonder if Gen4 will be able to change that after 1-2 years, I doubt.

What a dilemma to have

I imagine for pure sound the R1 wins. I love that noise!

It?s obviously a personal choice but for me the R1M is head and shoulders above the Gen 3. Wither it?s better than the Gen 4 I don?t know.

The gen 4 takes a bit of beating when it?s not having any issues.

It?s quite nice that they?re different.

Imagine the bike you?d have if they took the good bits from each and made 1 bike.

Not yet mate, I?ve only ridden it a handful of times but I?d say the gen 4 was a better bike if I could keep it out of the dealers. It?s back in again with another cracked carbon wheel

Got Almeria next week just for one day in the 5th.

Portim?o booked for the start of October and Cartagena booked for November.

Not sure what the chances of making Portim?o and Cartagena are now though.
