@JimmyMac - interested in your comment about Vines of Guildford (a long way for you to come!). I was intending on dealing with them in the new year when I look to get a new bike but maybe I'll try elsewhere.
I tried BMW Maidenhead and the sales guy there couldn't have been less helpful or less interested. I was talking to him and he literally walked off to joke with mates when he heard them joking about. I walked out soon after.
