Mileage reading has disappeared

Hi folks, gen2 2012. Mileage reading has disappeared off the clock, Bike had a low side at a trackday, brought home and left in the garage until the battery went flat. New battery fitted and the bike fired up straight away, only issue is the mileage reading has vanished. No faults showing or lights.
Any help or advice much appreciated.

Well it?s returned after around 25 miles, life is good.
