Longer, More Protective, Rear Hugger

I always run my bikes all year round, so inevitably I will be out in wet weather at some point.

Does anyone know of a longer replacement rear hugger, that offers more protection to the rear underside of the bike than the standard one? Most of the replacements that I have seen are just either carbon or carbon look copies of the original.

And if anyone has tried one and has a recommendation even better.
