Looks a nice bike, I bought a 13 plate for ?10495 3 years ago from a dealer (bargain!), so assuming its mint and the tyres and chain are excellent too (a good haggling point) I'd also go in at ?9k, up to you if you want to pay a bit more if you think its worth it but I wouldn't go more than a couple of hundred quid.
