Im 24, insured for commuting 8k miles at ?1,700 with just BMW alarm. Only had the Red s1krr since September & insured with 6 years NCD,
FYI Ben the major killer in insurance at 21 is just performance but the value of the bike especially with so many being stolen now.

A 1299S was looking to be ?3600 insurance for me without commuting -> value of bike was the factor in that one.
