I've been keeping an eye on this thread for a little while now to see if anyone is older than me. It seems that perhaps I'm the oldest at 71 next month! That is of course unless someone out there is holding back:suspicion:
I paid ?800 insurance for my 2015 S thou, 2012 Yamaha FZ1N and my car, with 19 years NCB and riding almost 55 years. Don't know why it's only 19 years though as I've never ever made a claim, car or bike. Unfortunately I can see my premiums rising soon, as the insurance companies view older riders like younger ones, a bit of a risk. I'll soon find out when I renew it in May, as I will be 71 by then.

For those who are wondering, I still know who I am, I've still got all my hair and still got a full set of teeth :triumphant:

I'm "Too Old to Rock 'n' Roll: Too Young to Die!", but now old enough to afford the insurance premium on an S1000RR

Still got a some way to catch up on 71, so I think you are safe as the Father (or Mother) of the House. :smug:

Hope I'm still riding a :superbike: not a :GoldGW: when I'm in my 70s
