Help!

Hi all, basically I got knocked off my s1k, had it assessed etc. And came back as a cat c which I bought back of them. Now I started to strip it down and noticed where the bottom yoke bearings sit in the frame has snapped on the actual frame! Can this be repaired or is it a cat a or b right off? I'm left here with a 10k bike with nothing to do :/

Are you saying the frame has snapped or the yoke? Been told that frame has magnesium in and it's a throw away item if broken....
