Eccentric shock mount

please can someone basically give me an idiots guide as to how i flip the eccentric shock mount? Pics would be helpful!...... i know, i dont ask for much

It's not hard but it is tricky you have to jack it up to do it
Probably best to let your local shop do it shouldn't cost more than ?20
