Changing bikes for s1000rr

Hi folks, currently have a cbr1000rr 2010 trying to sell it at the moment to buy a s1000rr. Had Hondas for last 8 years and cbr1000rr last 4 years. Rode my mates s1000rr 5 weeks ago and since then I've been hooked. If anybody on here wants to dip there toe into the fireblade market and wants a swap give me a shout. :glee::encouragement:

Cheers mate. Should be picking up a 2012 tomorrow. Deal done for a red and white sport. I forgot to ask dealer, do they come standard with and alarm

Great to hear you've got a deal Bry, the red and white is the faster colour!

Alarms are an extra ?205 when new so not quite standard, if security is on your mind I can recommend Road Angel BikeTrac, records movement and position also records journeys for your own information.

Also the alarm isn't thatham approved so not much help with insurance. I believe you can add an alarm if yours hasn't got one and you want the BMW one. I have a BMW alarm on my bike and its ok, there are probably better, cheaper, approved third party systems out there?
