Brake pads

Morning all.

just sat here reading all the brake pad threads and I still have a couple of questions....

ill probably get brembo but I need to know what ones. Do I get the oem ones the SC or SA or RC ?

i ride pretty fast on the road ( abs coming on sometimes ) and only two or three track days a year. I'm thinking the SC pads as they say street and track ?

I forgot to say I have a service booked for 2:00pm and although it's no problem at all for me to change the pads when they say to me about changing them is it easier just to get them to put new oem ones in
