I took the Gen3 to Oulton Park for the MSV road bike day. I only rode the BMW in the afternoon session as I was riding something else in the morning. It all went quite well. 1st session I was getting the hang of the bike and wasn't riding at fast road pace rather than track pace, and I didn't want to join the numerous crashed GSXR's in the recovery truck. Unbelievable really for a road bike only track day
Last 2 sessions saw the numbers on circuit fall meaning lots more space. I was finally getting to grips with the power of the bike with some pleasing wheelies over hilltop. The brakes also need some getting used to as they are so good. I'm used to classic bike brakes which in comparison are horse and cart standard. All in all a decent day out
