Me - Hi I'd like to book my S1000RR in for a service
BMW - Does it need any recall work
Me - No I dodged a bullet and didn't buy a GEN4
Me & BMW - "Laughing"
BMW - Good move

Don't use a Gen4 gun you'll shoot yourself in the foot, assuming it actual works that is

Thankfully mine was purchased late enough to miss all the recalls.

What I want to know is why aren?t you servicing the bike yourself? Is it under warranty? Part of a service plan?

2 Strokes are my thing for tinkering servicing and tuning. With the BMW I just want to put the key in and go. It's being picked up, serviced, MOT'd and dropped off. Same when the RC8 & the 1199s needs a service. I do the old R1's myself though.
