When you replace the cover you will need to use gasket sealant and a new set of bolts. The bolts are aluminum stretch bolts and are designed for single use. Be very careful when you fit them as they will easily snap if over torqued. From memory they are something like 1.5nm and 90 degrees, but the service dvd will have all the correct procedures and specifications.

Is it possible to buy steel or ti bolts for the engine casings??

Yes; you can buy them from the likes of Racebolt UK or Probolt.
